- Check-in time is 12:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- As per the Government of India directive all guests are requested to produce a Valid Government Approved photo identity Card.
- PAN Card is not accepted as a Proof of Address and proof of Identity.
- Foreign Nationals are Request to provide Valid Passport & Valid Visa upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled, 30 days prior to the arrival date no retention will be levied.
- If cancelled, 15 days prior to the arrival date, then one night’s (first night) retention is levied.
- If cancelled, 72 Hours prior to the arrival date, then all the nights or entire stay will be charged.
- Amount will be refunded as per above parameters & will be refunded through cheque/online & will not be refunded in cash.
- All No shows will attract 100% retention charges.
Child Policy
Guest must declare the number of children & their age during reservation.
- Up to 5 years of age Free on applicable plan sharing parent’s room without an extra bed.
- 6 to 10 years of age will be charged in half of applicable rates without extra bed.
- Above 10 years of age will be charged in full of the applicable rates with extra bed.
Payment Policy
- Booking will be confirmed only against full advance payment or Registered Travel Agent Hotel Voucher or Credit Card with Authorization Signed Form.
- It is recommended to provide us the details of the advance payment deposited along with the scan copy of the deposit slip. Regarding deposited amount, if full information is not provided then the amount will be lost as unidentified and Hotel will not be responsible for the deposit.
- Against advance deposit, money will not be transferred to any other account for any kind of service through cash/DD/cheque/online etc (Even if guest request it). It can only be transferred/refunded in same account for valid cancellations.
